Sarah returns to school for the new school year only this time as a vampire. With her reappearance back on the scene, strange things begin to occur. The Council begins to suspect either Sarah or Ethan and they go through great lengths to clear their names and to survive.。《浊流》分为三个篇章，分别改编自明治时期日本女作家樋口一叶的三个短篇小说《十三夜》、《除夕》和《浊流》。导演今井正是50年代日本左派电影的代表人物，本片他以女性的命运作为故事的发展主线，细致展示了明治时期市井百姓的生活。。
