You have to revel in some good...。杜仲（郭晋安饰）是京城内的一位名医，因为医好慈禧太后（罗兰饰）久治不愈的疑难杂症而被破格升职为御医，迁入了紫禁城之内。成为御医之后，杜仲凭借着他聪慧的才智和高超的医术闻名于红墙之内，深得皇上和太后的信任。然而，杜仲却在被囚的光绪身上看到了夺目的帝王之气，并因此而被卷入了残酷的政治斗争之中。杜仲家中有一妻洪百合（贾晓晨饰），因其不能生育，又纳了茯苓（杨怡饰）为妾。哪知道茯苓侠肝义胆，竟在洞房花烛之夜和人私奔，杜仲为了成全这段郎情妾意，写下了休书成全他们两人。哪知道数年后，被情人抛弃的茯苓和杜仲重逢并成为了好友，两人合作天衣无缝屡破奇案，时间久了，居然真的生出了情愫。。
