故事以深夜的九龙湾为背景，成为飞车手聚集的热门地点。主人翁赵志冲（张智霖饰）是一个对爱车如命的赛车手。在一次与死对头狮王的比赛中，他决定以卡门（李丽珍饰）为赌本，然而由于技术故障导致伤亡。狮王在比赛后离开，而赵志冲留在现场替受伤的人急救。这一事件让卡门对他留下了深刻的印象。 麦克（魏俊杰饰）是一个反飞车组的督察，决心打击非法赛车活动，并要求狮王成为线人，帮助打击赵志冲等人。狮王提议了一场“世纪之战”，背后却是麦克设下的陷阱。这场赛车再次造成人群伤亡，导致赵志冲的好友博士车毁人亡。这一悲剧迫使赵志冲决定用自己的方式对付狮王。故事中交织着赛车的激烈比拼、角色之间的恩怨情仇，以及主人公为了正义和复仇而奋斗的决心。。The first 24 hours as an MFA.
