(Strugatsky Brothers website) NOTES This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems? Who's dead or who's not?。一个台湾柔弱少年从小失去父亲，对武术比较向往，想当大侠，后来遇到了一个从武当来到台湾的老师，告诉他说世界上最好的武术在武当，妈妈便辞职带他到武当习武。在习武的过程中，柔弱少年被查出得了罕见的进行性肌肉骨化症(FOP)，少年已深深热爱上武当，拒绝返回台湾，继续留在武当学习武术，并且热心帮助在武当认识武校的家庭贫困的小朋友。后经中央电视台报道，全球华人给得了重病的少年捐款，少年临死前嘱咐妈妈，把所有的捐款拿去帮助当地有困难的小朋友及他的同学们。。中学生田中爱之助（山田凉介 饰）天生弱视，在接受哥哥田中梦人（横山裕 饰）的角膜移植后，他的左眼在受到冲击时会出现神秘的画面。在经历了一连串的意外事件后，爱之助惊讶地发现自己的哥哥是个天才犯罪策划者，左眼看到的神秘影像其实就是哥哥所设计的犯罪计划。看到曾经温柔的哥哥变成邪恶的罪犯，爱之助决心要阻止他的犯罪计划。 时隔三个月，爱之助的左眼再次出现神秘影像，与此同时，城内开始出现一起起高超巧妙的犯罪事件，这些案件的幕后策划者是否就是梦人？爱之助左眼上的影像能否帮助他破解案件？左目侦探VS天才犯罪策划者的对决，就此展开。。
